Auction of Canteens and Tuck Shops for FY 2026-27 at Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital Rahim Yar Khan

Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital Rahim Yar Khan is inviting registered individuals, firms, and companies to participate in the auction of its canteens and tuck shops for the fiscal year 2026-27. This auction covers multiple locations within the hospital premises in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. Items being procured: - Labour Room Canteen (1025 sft) - Emergency Canteen (198 sft) - Medical Unit III Canteen (224 sft) - Main Hospital Entrance Gate Canteen (2100 sft) - OPD Tuck Shop (390 sft) - Khadija Hostel Tuck Shop (144 sft) - College of Nursing Canteen (882 sft) - Medical College Canteen (4187 sft) - Eice Muhammad & Al-Saeed Hostel Tuck Shop (144 sft) The total area for auction is 9,294 square feet. The auction will be conducted through the e-Auction Portal as per the Auction Policy 2025 notified by the SHC&ME Department. The reserve price for the auction is set at **PKR 25,500,000** excluding taxes for one year. Registered applicants must submit an earnest money deposit of 10% of the reserve price (PKR 2,550,000) in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker’s cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. This must be submitted physically within ten days of the evaluation result announcement. The auction process includes registration by 20 July 2026, uploading eligibility status by 27 July 2026, grievance submission by 3 August 2026, grievance uploading by 10 August 2026, and CDR submission by 24 August 2026. The auction event will be held on 31 August 2026 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The auction will start from the reserve price and bids must exceed the previous offer by at least 1%. If bids are received in the last minute, the auction time will be extended by five minutes to ensure fair competition.
