Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Tehsil Municipal Administration Chitral is inviting bids for the online auction of cattle fair (Maweshi Mandi) fee collection rights for the financial year 2026-27. This is the third attempt for the auction, and the process will be conducted through the E-Baldia/E-Auction System of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The auction is open to all eligible parties interested in acquiring the rights to collect fees at the Chitral cattle fair.
Items being auctioned:
- Cattle Fair (Maweshi Mandi) Fee Collection Rights, Chitral, for the period from 15 November 2026 to 30 June 2027 (Reserve Price: Rs. 43,500)
The successful bidder will be responsible for collecting the prescribed fees from the cattle fair as per the terms and conditions set by the Tehsil Municipal Administration Chitral. The auction will be held online, and interested parties must register and submit their bids through the official auction portal. A security deposit equivalent to 50% of the reserve price must be deposited in the designated TMA account prior to participation. The remaining amount, along with any applicable government taxes, must be paid by the successful bidder within the stipulated timeframe.
Bidders must ensure they are registered on the E-Auction portal and comply with all eligibility requirements, including submission of valid CNIC and proof of deposit. The auction will be conducted transparently, and the highest bid above the reserve price will be considered for award. The deadline for bid submission is 11 November 2026 at 4:00 PM, and the auction will be held from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the same day.
