Procurement of Scrap Iron, Scrap Wire, Scrap Sheet, and Used Packing Belts (Polypropylene)

Khan Cement Company Limited invites sealed bids for the auction of various scrap materials at its Dera Ghazi Khan plant. This auction presents an opportunity for interested parties to acquire surplus and unserviceable items generated from the company's operations. The auction will be conducted on an as-is-where-is basis, and all interested buyers are encouraged to participate by submitting their bids before the deadline. Items being auctioned: - Scrap Iron/Wire (Rate/Kgs) - Used Packing Belts (Polypropylene) (Rate/Kgs) - Scrap Sheet (Rate/Kgs) - Scrap Paper (Rate/Kgs) All items are available for inspection at the plant premises during working hours. The technical scope includes the removal and transportation of the auctioned scrap from the site after successful bidding and payment. Bidders must ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during the collection process. To participate, bidders must submit a pay order or bank draft of Rs. 100,000 as Earnest Money in favor of D.G. Khan Cement Company Limited along with their sealed bids. Only those firms or individuals registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) will be eligible to participate. The last date for submission of bids is 07-11-2026. Bids must be submitted at the company's office in Dera Ghazi Khan before the deadline. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
