Disposal of Unserviceable Electrical Equipment and Vehicle by Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable and damaged electrical equipment and a vehicle on an "As Is Where Is" basis through E-Bids via the E-PADS v2.0 portal. The disposal will be conducted under the supervision of the Chief Engineer (Material Management) at IESCO Islamabad. Items being auctioned include: - 100 KVA Pad Mounted Transformer (Damaged) - Quantity: 13 - 11 KV Metering Panel (Damaged) - Quantity: 4 - Mazda Pickup Model 1991 (IDE-5267) - Quantity: 1 The auction is conducted on an "As Is Where Is" basis, allowing bidders to inspect the transformer and metering panels at the IESCO Regional Store Bakramandi, Rawalpindi, and the vehicle at the IESCO Motor Pool near 132kV Grid Station Rawal Kashmir Chowk Islamabad during office hours until 09.11.2026. Bidders must submit sealed earnest money/bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee valid for 120 days from any scheduled bank rated A+ or above in favor of the Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad before the bid closing time. Registration with FBR is mandatory for participation. E-bids will be received online until 10.11.2026 at 10:30 AM and opened the same day at 11:00 AM. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of opening. Successful bidders must deposit the total amount within 21 working days and lift the material/vehicle within 15 working days from the issuance of the Release Order. Advance 18% GST and 10% Income Tax or any other applicable government tax will be deducted during the contract of auction. Payment must be submitted to the Finance Directorate IESCO via CDR in favor of the Chief Executive Officer IESCO. Bidders are also required to submit an undertaking on Rs. 100 judicial stamp paper (Annexure-A) duly signed and stamped along with the sealed bid security before bid closing time.
