AUCTION: Annual Lease Rights of Cattle Mandi Sites Kohat, Hangu Hotel, and Teri Ranchai for 2026-27

The Divisional Forest Officer Kohat Forest Division is conducting the annual open auction for lease rights of cattle mandi (livestock market) sites for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Sub-Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Substation Eidgah Road, Hangu, on 21.10.2026 at 10:00 AM sharp. The following mandi sites are being offered for lease: - Cattle Mandi Kohat - Hangu Hotel Cattle Mandi - Teri Ranchai Cattle Mandi All interested parties are invited to participate in the auction for these sites. If the auction is unsuccessful or no suitable bid is received, the process will be repeated on subsequent days at the same venue and time until all sites are successfully leased. The reserve price for participation in the auction is set at Rs. 30,000, and all bidders must deposit this amount as Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit in the name of Divisional Forest Officer Kohat Forest Division. The successful bidder will be required to pay the full lease amount immediately upon acceptance of the bid.
