AUCTION: Lease Rights of Parking Stand at CMH Chowk Murree Hills 2026-2029

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Cantonment Board Murree Hills invites interested parties to participate in a public auction for the lease rights of the parking stand located at CMH Chowk, Murree Hills. The lease period is for three years, commencing from 22 October 2026 to 21 October 2029. The auction will be held on 21 October 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Cantonment Executive Officer, Murree Hills. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the parking stand at CMH Chowk, Murree Hills (reserve price: Rs. 1,000,000 per annum) The successful bidder will be responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the parking stand throughout the lease period. The department requires that the lessee ensures proper repair and maintenance of the parking area and related facilities. Subletting of the leased property is strictly prohibited. The lessee must deposit 10% of the annual lease amount as earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR at the time of auction participation. The remaining amount must be paid as per the schedule outlined in the auction terms. Eligibility criteria include submission of valid CNIC, proof of financial capability, and compliance with all terms and conditions set by the Cantonment Board. The auction is open to all eligible Pakistani citizens and firms. Bidders are advised to visit the site prior to the auction date to assess the location and facilities. The last date for submission of required documents and participation is 21 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. A practical tip: Arrive early on the auction day to complete registration and review the terms in detail, as latecomers may not be accommodated due to strict timing and documentation checks.
