AUCTION: Rawalpindi Municipal Corporation Cattle Market Fee Collection Rights 2026-2027

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi is inviting bids for the auction of collection rights for the cattle market fee for the financial year 2026-2027. This auction is being conducted under the Auctioning of Collection Rights Rules 2016. Interested parties are invited to participate in the open auction, which will be held on 12 October 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. The successful bidder will be granted the right to collect the specified fee from the designated cattle market for the period from 15 October 2026 to 30 June 2027. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights for cattle market fee (Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi) for the period 15-10-2026 to 30-06-2027 Reserve price: Rs. 54,46,615/- Earnest money (10%): Rs. 5,44,661/- The technical scope includes the exclusive right to collect the cattle market fee as per the terms and conditions set by the Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. The successful bidder must deposit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money in the form of a Pay Order at the time of the auction. The remaining amount must be paid according to the schedule outlined in the auction rules. Bidders must be registered taxpayers and should not be defaulters of any government dues. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the authorized committee, and the highest bid will be considered for approval.
