AUCTION: Three Vehicles on As Is Where Is Basis by Finance Department Government of Balochistan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Finance Department Government of Balochistan invites bids for auction of three vehicles on an "As is where is" basis in Quetta. The vehicles available for auction are: - Vehicle 1: Mehran, Model 1999, Vehicle Type QAJ-484 - Vehicle 2: Hi-Roof, Model 2005, Vehicle Type QAP-5960 - Vehicle 3: Mitsubishi Pajero, Model 1993, Vehicle Type QAJ-3170 These vehicles can be inspected at the Balochistan Civil Secretariat Quetta parking area during working days from 8th October 2026 to 14th October 2026 between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Auction bids will be received on 15th October 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 1:00 PM the same day. Interested bidders must deposit a non-refundable earnest money of Rs.3000/- via treasury challan under Government Account Had A-03970. A call deposit equal to 10% of the total bid amount as earnest money is mandatory; failure to provide this will result in bid rejection. Additionally, 30% advance income tax must be paid to the State Bank. Separate bidding files/documents are required for each vehicle. Successful bidders must deposit the financial proposal or give the amount within 10 days, failing which the offer will be cancelled and security money forfeited. Vehicles are located at Balochistan Civil Secretariat Parking Quetta. Successful bidders must pay an additional Rs.500/- per day as parking fee if exceeding the 10-day limit. Bidders must attach a legible copy of their CNIC with their bid. The department disclaims responsibility for document transfer or registration verification from Excise and Taxation Department. Successful bidders will receive a separate NOC (No Objection Certificate) for each vehicle. The Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to carefully inspect vehicles and ensure all required documents and payments are prepared timely to avoid disqualification.
