The auction will be conducted as per the terms and conditions set forth by the department, and the successful bidder will be granted the lease for one year. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights of Cattle Market Plot No. III-50, Super Highway, Karachi (Reserve price: Rs. 4,338,000 per annum) The plot is strategically located on the Super Highway, making it a prime site for cattle trading activities. The successful bidder will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and operation of the cattle market as per the rules and regulations of the Cattle Market Management Company Karachi. Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 25% of the reserve price (Rs. 1,084,500) in the form of a pay order or demand draft along with their application. Only those with valid CNICs and no outstanding dues with the department are eligible to participate. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the undersigned by the closing date. The auction will be held in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. The last date for submission is 25 June 2024.
