AUCTION: Lease Rights of Cattle Markets Chhota Galla Mandi and Bada Galla Mandi Muzaffarabad for Financial Year 2026-27

The Services and General Administration Department Muzaffarabad is inviting sealed bids for the lease rights of two cattle markets (Chhota Galla Mandi and Bada Galla Mandi) in Muzaffarabad for the financial year 2026-27. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire the rights to operate and collect revenue from these markets for a period of one year, starting from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The auction will be conducted through a sealed envelope process, and all eligible bidders are encouraged to participate. The successful bidders will be responsible for the management, operation, and revenue collection of the respective markets as per the terms and conditions outlined by the department. Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit of PKR 100,000 in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) along with their bid. The auction will be held on September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM in the office of the undersigned, and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Interested parties must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and comply with the rules of the AJK-PPRA. The lease period is strictly for one year, and the successful bidder must pay the full lease amount in advance.
