The University of Chakwal is inviting applications from reputable firms, suppliers, and contractors registered as Active Tax Payers for the auction of lease rights for various canteens and shops located at its Main Campus in Chakwal. This auction provides an opportunity to operate key commercial spaces within the university for the financial year 2026-27, with the possibility of extension up to three years based on satisfactory performance and a ten percent annual increase in contract value. Items being auctioned: - Girls Canteen, Adjacent BS Block (Earnest Money: 5% of Reserve Price) - Canteen - Engineer Block (Earnest Money: 5% of Reserve Price) - Canteen - Western Block (Earnest Money: 5% of Reserve Price) - Photocopy & Stationery Shop, Adjacent to BS Block (Earnest Money: 5% of Reserve Price) - Photocopy & Stationery Shop, Engineering Block (Earnest Money: 5% of Reserve Price) The auction will be conducted at the Estate Office, University of Chakwal. Bidders must submit their documents by **Aug 26, 2026 (Wednesday) before 11:00 am**. The open auction will start at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The highest bidder will be required to pay 20% of the bid amount on the spot, with the balance due within ten days. If necessary, second and third auctions may be held on **Aug 31, 2026 (Monday)** and **September 03, 2026 (Thursday)**. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
