Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Metropolitan Corporation Quetta is inviting sealed bids for the annual lease rights of various parking sites and bus stand shops for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be conducted as per the schedule and terms outlined in the notice. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction for the following sites and facilities:
Items being auctioned:
- Shaheed Sardar Dawood Badini Road Parking/Bus Stand Shops (Reserve Price: Rs. 45,00,000, Official Bid: Rs. 93,50,000, Auction Date: 12/10/2026)
- Wahdat Colony Parking/Bus Stand Shops (Reserve Price: Rs. 68,75,000, Official Bid: Rs. 6,87,50,000, Auction Date: 13/10/2026)
- Sariab Road Satellite Town Parking/Bus Stand Shops (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,50,000, Official Bid: Rs. 8,80,000, Auction Date: 14/10/2026)
- Sariab Road Satellite Town Parking/Bus Stand Shops (Reserve Price: Rs. 5,00,000, Official Bid: Rs. 10,00,000, Auction Date: 15/10/2026)

Each lot has a specified reserve price and official bid value. The auction will be held at the Metropolitan Corporation Quetta office on the respective dates at 12:00 PM. Bidders must submit all required documents, including tax clearance certificates, and deposit earnest money as per the terms. Successful bidders will be responsible for all applicable taxes, including GST and BRA. The lease period is for one year, and the highest bidder meeting all conditions will be awarded the contract.
