Auction of Collection Rights of Municipal Family Park Zhob

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Municipal Committee Zhob invites registered firms and contractors to participate in an open public auction for the commercial lease rights of the Municipal Family Park, Zhob, including the Canteen, Parking, and Amusement rides/swings for the fiscal years 2026-2029. Items being auctioned: - Municipal Family Park, Zhob (Canteen) - Parking - Entertainment Swings The auction will be held at the Office of the Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Zhob on 06-10-2026 at 11:00 AM. The official reserve price is set at PKR 300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Rupees Only). Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered firms or government contractors with at least 10 years of experience and valid contract award certificates or work orders in family park operations and maintenance. All participating bidders must submit a refundable earnest money deposit of 10% of the reserve price (PKR 30,000). Identity verification with CNIC and photocopies is mandatory at registration. The successful bidder must deposit one tenth of the bid as security deposit and pay the remaining amount in equal installments over the next 12 months. Maintenance of the family park is the sole responsibility of the award-winning firm to ensure the property remains in good operational condition. Failure to maintain cleanliness and hygiene may lead to contract cancellation. Government taxes, including withholding, sales, and local council levies, will be strictly enforced. The Municipal Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning justification. The auction process follows the Balochistan Local Council Auction and Collection Rights Rules 2025.
