Tender Description
The Nuclear Institute of Agriculture (NIA) Tandojam is conducting an auction for chikoo fruit trees located near the Mirpurkhas Road, close to Mono Technical College and the Prol Pump in Tandojam town. This auction is for a period of three years and invites interested bidders to participate by submitting earnest money of PKR 50,000 in cash before the bidding starts. The earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful bidders. The site visit for the chikoo trees can be arranged during office hours from 8 AM to 4 PM except Saturdays and Sundays, which are public holidays. The auction will be held on June 2, 2022, at 11:00 AM sharp. Bidders must bring their original CNIC along with a photocopy for verification; without these documents, participation will not be allowed. The successful bidder will be responsible for paying government-prescribed income tax. All terms and conditions related to the sale can be obtained from the NIA office during working hours. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. This auction is a good opportunity for suppliers and traders interested in agricultural assets. It is advisable to carefully inspect the trees and understand the terms before bidding. Ensure that the earnest money is submitted on time to avoid disqualification. The auction process is straightforward but requires punctuality and proper documentation for smooth participation.
