AUCTION: Collection Rights of Suzuki Wagon Stand Fee Rawalpindi Cantonment Board

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites interested firms, companies, individual consultants, sole proprietorships, partnerships, and private or public limited companies to participate in an electronic auction for the collection rights of the Suzuki Wagon Stand Fee in Rawalpindi Cantonment. The auction is conducted on an as-is-where-is basis through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Items being auctioned: - Collection rights of Suzuki Wagon Stand Fee The e-bidding documents, including detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements, are available for registered bidders on the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and be on the Active Taxpayer List. PEC registration may be required if disposal involves civil, electrical, or mechanical works. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must participate online via their EPADS accounts. The e-auction will remain open until Monday, October 5, 2026, at 02:00 PM and will be reviewed and evaluated online the same day at 03:30 PM. Bidders can increase their offers multiple times until the closing time, after which the highest offer will be automatically selected as the winner. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification is available on EPADS and the procuring agency's website if available. Interested bidders should note the importance of timely registration and familiarization with the EPADS platform to avoid last-minute issues.
