The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites sealed bids from interested parties including individuals, sole proprietors, firms, AOPs, companies, and joint ventures with active NTN numbers for the auction of various existing entities located in Lahore. This auction covers multiple commercial and public service locations managed by the agency. Items being procured: - Coffee Shop / Flower Shop Book Shop No.01 at MM Alam Road, near Mini Market Roundabout - Coffee Shop / Flower Shop Book Shop No.02 at MM Alam Road, near Mini Market Roundabout - Canteen No.03 at Jillani Park - Canteen No.07 at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park - Canteen near Orange Line Train Thouker Niaz Baig - Canteen at Kareem Block Allama Iqbal Town - Food Court at Jallo Botanical Garden - Canteen at Eden Center - Public Toilet at Greater Iqbal Park - Public Toilet at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park The auction includes lease terms ranging from 3 to 5 years, with some extendable and others non-extendable. Reserve prices and bid securities vary per entity, with amounts ranging from Rs.0.5 million to Rs.2.0 million for reserve prices and Rs.0.2 million to Rs.0.7 million for bid securities. The auction will be conducted on a single stage single envelope basis. Interested bidders can obtain tender forms and bidding documents from the office of Director Coordination, Horticulture Agency Lahore, for a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 per form. The submission deadline is 28th July 2026 by 12:00 p.m., with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of the Auction Committee and bidders’ representatives.
