Auction for Collection and Disposal of Poultry Waste of All Weekly Bazaars Islamabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad invites interested bidders to participate in an open auction for the collection and disposal of poultry waste from all weekly bazaars in Islamabad. The auction will be held on 26th and 27th October 2026. The auction is managed by the Directorate of Municipal Administration, located at Fire Headquarters Building, Shahrah-e-Soharwardy, G-7/1 Islamabad. Items involved in this auction include the collection and disposal rights of poultry waste from all weekly bazaars in Islamabad. Bidders must submit duly filled tender documents along with the following: a copy of CNIC, cash payment of Rs. 1000 for tender documents, earnest money of Rs. 100,000, 5% of the bid amount as security deposit via pay order in favor of DDO, DMA, MCI, and 10% of the total bid amount in favor of RTO (FBR) as pay order. The authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the proceedings at any stage without assigning any reason.
