Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Lahore High Court, Multan Bench is offering an auction for the cycle stand premises located within its premises for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 15th October 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lahore High Court, Multan Bench, Multan.
Items being auctioned:
- Cycle Stand Premises for the year 2026-27
The auction conditions require each bidder to deposit an earnest money amount of Rs. 15,000 with the Cashier of Lahore High Court, Multan Bench before bidding. The reserve price for the auction is Rs. 1,39,178, and advance Income Tax will be charged on the highest bid as per government rates. Each bidder must offer at least one bid during the auction or risk forfeiture of their security amount. The successful bidder must deposit one-third of the total auction amount immediately and submit the remaining amount along with security clearance certificate within three days. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of earnest money and cancellation of the bid.
The contract period runs from 20th October 2026 to 30th June 2027. The contractor will charge Rs. 10 per cycle and Rs. 20 per motorcycle for use of the stand, and monthly parking fees of Rs. 50 per cycle and Rs. 100 per motorcycle from staff and government offices established on the premises. The cycle stand timings are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM except Sundays and public holidays. The contractor and employees are not allowed to reside on the premises.
Eligibility includes compliance with auction terms and deposit of earnest money. The auction committee reserves the right to cancel the auction without assigning reasons.
Bidders should ensure timely deposit of earnest money and prepare to attend the auction in person at the specified date and venue. It is advisable to review all terms carefully and arrange for the required deposits to avoid disqualification.
