Auction of Collection Rights of Digital Streamers at Cantonment Board Nowshera

The Military Lands & Cantonments Department through Cantonment Board Nowshera is offering auction rights for digital streamers located at G.T Road Nowshera Cantt. This auction is for the advertisement rights on digital streamers on a single lot basis. The auction will be held at the office of the Nowshera Cantonment Board on 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with an alternative date of 21st July 2026 at the same time if required. The successful bidder will be responsible for installing digital streamers at their own expense and must obtain electric connections from the relevant electricity provider after securing NOC from the Cantonment Board. The installation must comply with structural safety standards certified by a qualified structural engineer registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council. The digital streamers must withstand wind speeds up to 160 km/h and their maximum height will be determined by the CEO/Board. The contract period is three years with a 10% annual compound increase on the bid amount. Interested firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and defaulters from any government organization, particularly Nowshera Cantt Board, are ineligible. Earnest Money of PKR 140,000 (5% of the reserve price of PKR 2,800,000) must be deposited as a call deposit or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the highest bid including earnest money immediately after the auction and the remaining 75% in three equal quarterly installments after board approval. Bidders should ensure they submit a proper authority letter and CNIC for participation. The successful bidder must execute a written agreement on non-judicial stamp paper and maintain the digital streamers and surrounding area, including periodic painting and cleaning. The advertiser must also display national videos on specified national occasions.
