AUCTION: Collection Rights for Rickshaw Stand Parking Fees and Slaughterhouse Fees 2026-27, Kot Radha Kishan

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Kot Radha Kishan, District Kasur, is conducting a public auction for the collection rights of parking and slaughterhouse fees for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 27-08-2026 at 01:00 PM at the office of the Municipal Committee Kot Radha Kishan. Interested parties are invited to participate as per the Punjab Local Governments (Auction of Collection Rights) Rules 2016. Items being auctioned: - Rickshaw Stand Parking Fees (01-08-2026 to 30-06-2027), Reserve Price: Rs. 1,300,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 130,000 - Slaughterhouse Fees (01-08-2026 to 30-06-2027), Reserve Price: Rs. 370,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 37,000 The auction covers the right to collect the above fees within the jurisdiction of Kot Radha Kishan for the specified period. Bidders must deposit earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price for each lot they wish to bid on, in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) in the name of Chief Officer, Municipal Committee Kot Radha Kishan. Only those present at the auction venue with the required documents and earnest money will be eligible to participate. Successful bidders must pay the full amount as per the auction rules, and the contract will be awarded to the highest bidder meeting all legal requirements. All participants must bring their original CNIC and proof of deposit. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
