NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
Municipal Committee Mianwali is conducting a public auction for the collection rights of various sites for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 20-08-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Municipal Committee Mianwali. Interested parties are invited to participate and bid for the collection rights as per the terms and conditions set by the committee. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms who meet the requirements.
Items being auctioned:
- Bus Stand Fees (Reserve Price: Rs. 21,27,196, Earnest Money: Rs. 2,12,750, Contract Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027)
- New Bus Stand Lari Adda / Old Bus Stand Lari Adda (Reserve Price: Rs. 18,27,168, Earnest Money: Rs. 1,82,800, Contract Period: 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027)
- Rickshaw Loader Parking Fee (Reserve Price: Rs. 80,00,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 8,00,000, Contract Period: 01-08-2026 to 30-06-2027)
- Parking Fee Quaid-e-Azam Park (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,52,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 35,200, Contract Period: 01-08-2026 to 30-06-2027)
The technical scope includes the collection of fees from the specified sites, ensuring compliance with all municipal regulations and maintaining proper records. Only government taxes and fees as per rules will be applicable. Bidders must deposit the specified earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) for each lot they wish to bid on. Successful bidders will be required to sign an agreement and fulfill all obligations as per the auction rules.
Eligibility requires submission of valid CNIC, proof of tax registration, and earnest money deposit. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee, and the highest bid will be accepted subject to approval.
