AUCTION: Collection Rights of Sadaar Parking Stand and Jhika Gali Taxi Stand Murree 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Tehsil Council Murree invites interested parties to participate in the open auction for the collection rights of parking and taxi stands for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held on 30 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Officer, Tehsil Council Murree. This opportunity is open to all eligible bidders who wish to acquire the rights to operate and collect fees from the specified stands for the upcoming year. Items being auctioned: - Sadaar Parking Stand (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,33,500, Earnest Money: Rs. 23,350, Fee: Rs. 200 per slip for cars, Rs. 100 per slip for motorcycles) - Jhika Gali Taxi Stand (Reserve Price: Rs. 2,00,000, Earnest Money: Rs. 20,000, Fee: 20 rupees per slip) The technical scope includes the management and collection of parking and taxi stand fees as per the terms set by the Tehsil Council. Bidders must comply with the Auctioning of Collection Rights Rules 2016 and deposit the required earnest money (10% of the reserve price) in the form of a CDR or pay order at the time of auction. Successful bidders will be required to submit a surety bond equivalent to the annual contract value within the stipulated period. Eligibility criteria include submission of valid CNIC, proof of financial capacity, and compliance with all local government regulations. The auction is open to individuals and firms who are not defaulters of the Tehsil Council and have not been blacklisted. Bids must be submitted in person at the Tehsil Council Murree office before the auction time. For best results, bidders should arrive early to complete registration and review the terms and conditions thoroughly.
