AUCTION: Collection Rights for SMC Sillanwali Revenue Contracts 2026-27

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Sillanwali is inviting sealed bids for the auction of collection rights for various revenue contracts for the financial year 2026-27. The auction will be held at the office of the Municipal Committee Sillanwali on 22-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this open auction process for the following contracts: - Auction General Stand Sillanwali (Reserve Price: Rs. 3,30,250, Earnest Money: Rs. 33,500) - Racket Munshi Sillanwali (Reserve Price: Rs. 9,06,250, Earnest Money: Rs. 91,000) - Sillanwali Wagon Stand Sillanwali (Reserve Price: Rs. 4,22,250, Earnest Money: Rs. 42,500) The collection rights will be valid from 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027. Each contract has a specified reserve price and earnest money requirement, which must be deposited in the form of CDR at the time of auction. Successful bidders are required to deposit 10% of the bid amount immediately, with the remaining 90% to be paid in eight equal monthly installments. All participants must be registered taxpayers and comply with the Auctioning of Collection Rights Rules 2016. The auction will be conducted in accordance with Punjab Local Government regulations, and the Municipal Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
