AUCTION: Thheka Jat Tax Stand Fees Contract 2026-27 Khurrianwala

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Municipal Committee Khurrianwala invites open public auction bids for its Jat Tax Stand Fees contract for the financial year 2026-2027. The auction will be held on 26 September 2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Municipal Committee Khurrianwala. Interested parties are encouraged to participate in this competitive bidding process for the right to collect Jat Tax Stand Fees within the municipal limits for the specified period. Items being auctioned: - Thheka Jat Tax Stand Fees contract for the year 2026-27 Reserve Price: Rs. 21,33,000 10% Earnest Money: Rs. 2,13,300 Collection Rate: As per approved schedule The contract period will be from 01-10-2026 to 30-06-2027. Only eligible individuals or firms, including representatives of the Punjab Government, can participate. The successful bidder must deposit 10% of the reserve price as earnest money (CDR/Pay Order) at the time of auction. The remaining amount must be paid as per the terms set by the Municipal Committee. The successful contractor will be responsible for all legal and administrative requirements, and must comply with the Punjab Local Government Auction Rules 2016. In case of default or non-compliance, the contract may be cancelled and earnest money forfeited. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of tax registration. The auction will be conducted transparently, and the highest bid will be accepted subject to approval by the competent authority. In case of natural calamities or force majeure, the contract terms may be adjusted as per law. The last date for submission of bids is 26 September 2026.
