Tender Description
This auction notice from Cantonment Board Sialkot invites interested parties to bid on 51 commercial plots located in Svy No. 268/1056(Part), Allama Iqbal / Ghazi Pur Road, Sialkot Cantonment. The plots measure 121.33 Sq.Yds (4 Marla) and 93.33 Sq.Yds (3.08 Marla) and are offered for a 99-year lease renewable for a similar term.
The auction will be held in the Board Room of Cantonment Board Sialkot at Aziz Shaheed Road. Bidders must bring original CNIC copies and submit a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of Rs. 2,000,000 as earnest money for each plot. The highest bidder must deposit 25% of the total bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining 75% payable within a stipulated period. The plots are subject to site plan adjustments and the lessee is responsible for utility connections and payments.
For compliance, bidders should ensure they meet all legal and financial requirements, including tax obligations after bid approval. The lease will be executed under CLA Rules, 1937, and registered with the Sub-Registrar (Urban), Sialkot.
