Bidders must submit a 10% CDR of the reserve price as earnest money along with their application. Only registered advertising firms and individuals with relevant experience are eligible to participate. All participants must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and comply with local regulations. Sealed bids must be submitted at the PHA Faisalabad office before the auction date. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the committee and interested bidders.
