The successful bidder must comply with all municipal regulations and obtain NOC from relevant authorities. The lease period, payment schedule, and other terms are detailed in the auction notice. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit earnest money (CDR) equal to 10% of the annual reserve rent, along with their application.
