The auction will be held on 19-10-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the Supreme Council Boudh Bagh, and all interested bidders are encouraged to participate by submitting their sealed offers before the deadline. Items being auctioned: - Lease rights for the parking stand at Tehsil Court Bar Bagh (minimum annual bid Rs. 50,000) The technical scope includes the management and operation of the parking stand, ensuring proper fee collection, and maintaining order as per the terms set by the council. The successful bidder will be responsible for adhering to all local regulations and council instructions regarding the use and upkeep of the parking facility. The minimum reserve price for the auction is set at Rs. 50,000 per annum, and earnest money of Rs. 5,000 must be deposited with the bid. Bidders must also provide a copy of their CNIC and proof of local residency. The lease will be awarded to the highest responsible bidder, subject to approval by the competent authority. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be of sound financial standing, with no prior record of default or blacklisting. The earnest money must be submitted in the form of a pay order or bank draft.
