AUCTION: SMD Screen Installed at Town Hall, Lower Mall Road, Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore (MCL) invites bids for the commercial operation and utilization of an SMD screen installed at Town Hall, Lower Mall Road, Lahore. The screen measures approximately 53.5 x 18.89 feet and is located in a prime area with high visibility and substantial vehicular and pedestrian traffic. This auction offers a valuable opportunity for firms, advertising agencies, and media companies to secure advertising rights on this prominent screen. Items being auctioned: - SMD Screen with a reserve price of Rs. 20.00 Million - Lease period: One Year (w.e.f Date of Award of contract) Interested parties must submit the following documents: firm/company/media company profile, NTN and active taxpayer status, Provincial Taxpayer Registration (PRA), General Sales Tax Registration (FBR), income tax returns and audited financial statements for the last three fiscal years, proposed operational and advertising model, estimated advertising revenue potential, experience of similar assignments, annual financial offer including operational expenditures, and an affidavit regarding non-blacklisting from any government or semi-government body. Bid security equal to 10% of the reserve price must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Metropolitan Corporation Lahore. Bids must reach the office of the Chief Officer, MCL, Town Hall, Lower Mall Road, Lahore by 11:00 A.M. on 12.10.2026. The commercial advertising rights will be granted through a public auction held at 11:30 A.M. on the same day in the Committee Room of Town Hall. The bidding document is available free of cost from the office of the CPRO, MCL during office hours after publication of this notice.
