Property details and on-site inspection are available during office hours from 14-10-2026 to 01-11-2026 upon written request. Bids must be accompanied by 5% of the total bid value as refundable, interest-free Earnest Money via Pay Order / Demand Draft from any scheduled bank in favour of 'M/s Nazir Cotton Mills Limited'. Bids without earnest money will be rejected. Unsuccessful bidders' earnest money will be refunded within 3 days. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the total bid value within five (5) working days of bid acceptance. Sealed offers marked 'Bid for Land Purchase' must reach the undersigned by 2nd November 2026 before 1:00 pm. Late bids will not be entertained.
