AUCTION: Hino Bus Model 2002 (Used) at Government College Women University Faisalabad

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Government College Women University Faisalabad is conducting an open auction for the disposal of a used Hino Bus Model 2002. The auction will be held at the university premises in Faisalabad, providing an opportunity for interested individuals and organizations to acquire this vehicle through a transparent bidding process. Items being auctioned: - Hino Bus Model 2002 (Used/Old), Quantity: 1, Estimated Price: Rs. 1,550,000, Reserve Price: Rs. 75,000 The bus is being sold on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested bidders are required to deposit the specified earnest money (Rs. 75,000) in the form of a pay order or bank draft in favor of Treasurer, Government College Women University Faisalabad, prior to participating in the auction. The successful bidder must pay 25 percent of the bid amount on the day of the auction, with the remaining balance to be paid within five days. Failure to pay the remaining amount within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the earnest money and the lot will be re-auctioned. All participants must bring their original CNIC for verification. Employees of the university and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The successful bidder will be responsible for all applicable taxes and transfer charges. The auction will be held on 22 October 2026 at 11:30 AM at the university campus.
