AUCTION: Parking Areas Inside Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital Rawalpindi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital invites interested individuals, firms, and companies registered with relevant authorities to participate in the auction of its parking areas for a period of one year through the e-Auction Portal. The auction covers parking areas inside Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital Rawalpindi, specifically: - Bike parking in front of nursing college (4176 sqft) - Car parking in front of nursing college (6120 sqft) - Car parking behind doctors flat (3360 sqft) Total area: 13,656 sqft. The successful applicant will be responsible for all types of vehicles entering the hospital premises, including motorcycles, cars, rickshaws, pickups, trucks, and Mazda vehicles, ensuring systematic traffic flow inside the institution with safety and security in a professional manner. The auction document and detailed terms and conditions can be viewed and downloaded from the e-Auction Portal and the official websites of Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital and SHC&ME Department. Hard copies of applications are not required; registration and bidding will be processed through the e-Auction Portal only. Reserve price for this auction is **Rs. 10,434,600** (without taxes) for one year. Bidding will start from this reserve price, and subsequent offers must be greater than the previous offer by at least 1% plus last offer. If no offer is received during the last minute of the auction schedule, the auction will automatically end. The auction may be extended by five minutes if there is last-minute activity. Registered applicants must furnish earnest money equal to 10% of the reserve price (Rs. 1,043,460) in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Banker's cheque issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, payable to the Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Rawalpindi.
