Tender Description
An auction is announced for confiscated Ephedra stock held by the Deputy Conservator of Forests in Killa Saif Ullah, Balochistan. The procurement involves auctioning 2500 acres of Ephedra with a reserve rate of Rs. 1,300 per mound. The auction is scheduled for December 23, 2025, with bids submission closing at noon.
The auction covers Ephedra (Oman/Nurumb) stock confiscated by the Forests Department and stored at Muslim Bagh offices. Interested firms must be registered pharmaceutical industries with DRAP and comply with bid security and usage restrictions. The auction venue is the office of the Notified Chairman of the Committee/Deputy Commissioner Killa Saif Ullah.
Bidding documents are available for a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000 during office hours until the auction date. The successful bidder must pay the total bid amount before stock loading and complete the transaction within seven days. Transit fees and government taxes apply as per provincial rules.
