Procurement of Unani Medicines for Shafakhanas of Government Unani Section Khairpur

The Government of Sindh Health Department, through the Office of the District Health Officer Khairpur, invites bids for the procurement of Unani Medicines for Shafakhanas under the Government Unani Section for the Financial Year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted via the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) and is open to Authorized Distributors and Registered Suppliers of Unani Drugs/Medicines who are on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR/SRB as applicable. Items being procured: - Unani Medicines for Shafakhanas (181 Line Items) The procurement follows the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per Rule 46(1) of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (amended). Bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and the schedule of requirements can be downloaded free of cost from https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit bids online through EPADS only; hard copy or manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security of 2.5% is mandatory, and bids without the requisite security will be rejected. The tender fee is Rs. 3,000. The bids will be opened on 28-09-2026. Eligibility requires registration on the Active Taxpayers List and compliance with FBR/SRB regulations. Suppliers should ensure timely submission and adherence to all terms to avoid disqualification. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and cancel the bidding process without assigning any reason, in accordance with Rules 25 and 32 of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010.
