AUCTION: Used and Unserviceable Vehicles, Scrap, Spares, Packing Materials at CMT & SD Golra

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Commandant CMT & SD Golra is arranging an auction of used and unserviceable/obsolete stores including scrap, spares of vehicles, packing materials (jerricans & barrels etc), and vehicles at the CMT & SD Golra premises on an 'As is Where is' basis. The auction will be conducted from 20 to 22 October 2026 between 0930 to 1500 hours at CMT & SD Golra. Bidders may view and assess auctionable vehicles, stores, and spares from 0830 to 0930 hours on 20 October 2026 before the auction starts. Packing materials can be viewed and assessed at POL Depot Sihala from 14 to 16 October 2026 between 1000 to 1300 hours. Items being auctioned: - Used and unserviceable/obsolete stores - Scrap - Spares of vehicles - Packing materials (jerricans & barrels etc) - Vehicles No individual or party is allowed to visit auctionable stores, scrap, or vehicles before the auction commencement except during the specified viewing times. Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the total sale amount on the spot or same day, with the remaining 75% plus applicable taxes deposited to the auctioneer within the stipulated timeframe. Failure to deposit the initial amount will result in forfeiture to the Government Treasury. General sale tax, income tax, and other government taxes must be deposited under tax number FTN-9010700-4 or bids will be rejected. Successful bidders must provide firm/company letterhead, delivery order, tax challan forms, and CNIC copies. Removal of auctioned lots must be done by the successful bidders themselves within fifteen working days at their own expense. No representatives are allowed to remove auctioned lots.
