Sarhad Rural Support Programme invites sealed tenders from authorized and registered suppliers with valid and active FBR, Sales Tax, KPRA, and income tax registration. The procurement is for the supply of tools and inputs for eight different short skill training kits specifically for District Peshawar. The documents include Annex_1 Tender Conditions (Invitation to Bid), Annex_2 Tender Form, Annex_3 Technical Bid Form (A&B), Annex_4 Declaration of Undertaking, Annex_5 Public Disclosure Form, Annex_6 Types of Relationship, Annex_7 EOBI Declaration, Annex_8.1 to 8.8 Financial Bid Form (lot#1 to Lot#8), and Annex_9 Declaration for contractors & Partners. Bidders must ensure their bids comply with the standards set in Annex 1 (ITB). Any clarification or query must be submitted at least five days before the closing date via the email provided in the tender documents. Sealed tenders must reach the office by November 11, 2026, till 13:00 hours, through courier or registered mail at the address provided.
