AUCTION: Cotton Seed and Mustard Seed Stock Disposal at Regional Agricultural Research Institute Bahawalnagar

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Regional Agricultural Research Institute Bahawalnagar is conducting a public auction for the disposal of cotton seed and mustard seed stock for the year 2026. The auction will be held on 14 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the institute premises in Bahawalnagar. Interested parties are invited to participate in this open auction process for the following seed lots: - Cotton seed stock (Variety: CIM-101/P) — Total quantity: 2610 kg - Mustard seed stock (Variety: Durre Nafees) — Total quantity: 1314 kg Both seed lots are being offered as per the institute's disposal policy. The auction is open to all eligible bidders who can fulfill the terms and conditions set by the institute. A refundable earnest money deposit of PKR 50,000 in the form of a pay order is required to participate in the auction. The successful bidder must pay the full bid amount in addition to any applicable taxes. The auctioned seed stock must be collected within five days of the auction, and the institute will not be responsible for any loss or damage after this period. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to inspect the seed stock prior to the auction date to assess quality and quantity. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the auction committee, and all disputes will be resolved as per the institute's rules. For best results, bidders should arrive early to complete registration and review the stock in person before bidding begins.
