Tender Description
NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights.
The Customs Auctioneer Collectorate in Bahawal Shahzad Baqar announces a public auction of customized vehicles and other commercial goods. The auction is scheduled to be held on 8th September 2026 at 11 AM at the concerned state warehouse. Interested bidders may inspect the items prior to the auction at the warehouse location.
Items being auctioned include:
- Customized vehicles
- Various other commercial goods
This auction provides an opportunity for bidders to acquire valuable assets directly from the government warehouse. Bidders are advised to review the items carefully during inspection to assess condition and value.
Eligibility to participate requires registration with the auction cell and adherence to auction terms including earnest money or bid security as prescribed by the Customs Auctioneer Collectorate. Bidders should prepare pay orders or CDRs as required.
The auction will be conducted under the supervision of Ahmed Buksh, Superintendent Auction Cell No. 03241110002. For further information, prospective bidders may contact the auction cell or the Customs Auctioneer Collectorate.
Bidders are encouraged to arrive early on the auction date to complete registration formalities and to ensure timely participation. Late submissions or arrivals may not be entertained.
A practical tip for bidders is to verify all auction terms and conditions in advance and to inspect the items thoroughly to avoid surprises post-purchase. Understanding the auction process and preparing the required documentation beforehand will facilitate a smooth bidding experience.
