AUCTION: Disposal of Scrap Wood Logs by Pakistan Mint Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Pakistan Mint Lahore invites eligible bidders to participate in the disposal of scrap wood logs through an open competitive e-auction using EPADS V2.0. The disposal will be conducted strictly on an 'AS IS WHERE IS' basis in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2026 and PPRA rules. Interested bidders must submit electronic bids before the deadline; manual bids will not be accepted. Items being auctioned: - Wooden Scrap (05 Tons) - Wooden Scrap Furniture The successful bidder will be required to purchase and remove the complete lot as per the terms and conditions. Inspection of the scrap wood logs is allowed during working hours at Pakistan Mint Lahore with prior permission. Bidders must provide valid CNIC/Passport, NTN registration, FBR active taxpayer status, and other required documents. Earnest money of Rs. 10,000 must be submitted via Pay Order, Demand Draft, CDR, or Banker's Cheque. Bids will be evaluated on eligibility, quoted price, completeness of documents, validity of earnest money, compliance with terms, and reserve price. The highest responsive bid will be accepted. The successful bidder must pay the full disposal value in advance and remove the scrap wood logs within 15 working days. Failure to pay or remove will result in forfeiture and penalties.
