AUCTION: Unserviceable Vehicles and Motorcycles at Civil Division, Toba Tek Singh

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Auction Committee Toba Tek Singh is inviting interested parties to participate in the open auction of unserviceable vehicles and motorcycles. The auction will be held at the Civil Division office, Toba Tek Singh, on 22.09.2026 at 11:30 AM. This is an excellent opportunity for bidders to acquire government vehicles and motorcycles that have been declared unserviceable and are being disposed of as per official procedures. Items being auctioned: - Lot 1: Unserviceable vehicles and motorcycles (details and models as per inspection at site) The vehicles and motorcycles are available for inspection prior to the auction date. Interested bidders are encouraged to visit the site and examine the condition of the items. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Punjab Government Auction Rules 2002, and all participants must comply with the terms and conditions set forth by the Auction Committee. To participate, bidders must deposit an earnest money of Rs. 10,000 in cash before the auction begins. The successful bidder will be required to pay 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance to be paid within the stipulated period. All applicable taxes, including 22% income tax and 1% advance tax, will be deducted at source as per government rules. The auction is open to all eligible individuals and firms. Bidders must bring their original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. The last date for submission of earnest money is 23.09.2026, and the final payment must be completed by 24.09.2026.
