AUCTION: Unserviceable/Dismantled Civil & E/M Items by Regional Directorate of Estate Office Management Karachi

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Regional Directorate of Estate Office Management Government of Pakistan Karachi invites bids for the auction of unserviceable, obsolete, surplus, and scrap civil and electrical/mechanical (E/M) items. The auction will be held at Workshop Stores No. 1, 2 & 3, F.C. Area, Karachi. Interested firms registered with the Income Tax Department and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) are eligible to participate. Items being auctioned include unserviceable Civil and E/M store materials. The detailed list of items can be obtained from the office during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender cost of Rs. 1,000. The auction material/items can be inspected from 07-10-2026 to 22-10-2026 between 10:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. at the specified workshop stores. Bidders must submit their quoted rates in a sealed envelope to the Assistant Director, Estate Office Management Karachi by 22-10-2026 up to 10:00 A.M. The bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 A.M. in the presence of the Auction Committee and authorized representatives. The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the total auction amount on the acceptance day, with the remaining 75% payable within three working days. Failure to deposit the remaining amount will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit. The successful bidder is responsible for lifting/removal of auctioned items at their own cost within two days after full payment. Government taxes are applicable and payable by the successful bidder. Employees of the Estate Office are not eligible to participate. The Estate Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule No. 33. Bidders should ensure timely submission and inspection of items. It is advisable to visit the workshop stores early during the inspection period to assess the items thoroughly and prepare competitive bids accordingly.
