The auction will be conducted in three rounds, with the final round scheduled for 24-10-2026. Bidders must bring a valid CNIC and submit a refundable earnest money deposit of PKR 100,000 in the form of a pay order or demand draft to participate. Successful bidders are required to deposit 25% of the bid amount immediately after the auction, with the remaining balance payable within the stipulated period as per the department's instructions.
