AUCTION: Dismantled Material at Takra Stadium Mansehra

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Directorate of Works and Implementation, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed bids from eligible individuals and firms with at least three years of relevant experience for an auction on an 'As-Is-Where-Is' basis. The auction concerns dismantled material at Takra Stadium in District Mansehra, including loading, removal, and transportation. Items being auctioned: - Dismantled material at Takra Stadium Mansehra including loading, removal and transportation The successful bidder will be responsible for removing all salvageable materials, loading, transporting, and clearing the site up to ground level at their own cost, risk, labor, tools, and equipment. The auction will strictly follow the 'As-Is-Where-Is' basis. Bidders must pay 2% of the bid amount as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Deputy Director Works, Directorate of Works & Implementation. Bids below the reserve price of Rs. 6.51 Million will not be considered. The procurement process will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under KPPRARules, 2014. Bidders must comply with all safety, labor, and environmental regulations. The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bids will remain valid for 90 days. In case of tie bids, the successful bid will be decided through an open draw. The auction is located in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and bids must be submitted by 20th November 2026 at 12:00 PM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 1:30 PM at the office of the Deputy Director Works, Directorate of Works & Implementation, Sports & Youth Affairs Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar Sports Complex near Saddar Peshawar Cantt. A practical tip for bidders: Collect the tender form at least three days before the closing date to ensure timely submission and avoid last-minute issues.
