AUCTION: Non-Exportable Trophy Hunting Permits of Kashmir Markhor and Himalayan Ibex

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Wildlife Department invites eligible national, international, and local hunters (local only for Ibex) to participate in a sealed bid auction for the non-exportable trophy hunting permits of Kashmir Markhor (Capra falconeri) and Himalayan Ibex (Capra sibirica). This auction is conducted under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulation Rules, 2014. Detailed bidding documents and terms of reference are available on the KPPRA website. Items being auctioned: - Kashmir Markhor permits for Kohistan (2 trophies) - Kashmir Markhor permits for Chitral Gol National Park (2 trophies) - Himalayan Ibex permit for Chitral Gol National Park (1 trophy) - Himalayan Ibex permit for Mansehra (1 trophy) - Himalayan Ibex permit for Kohistan (1 trophy) Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a CDR equal to 5% of the offered bid amount. Bids must be sealed and accompanied by supporting documents including NTN certificate. Submission can be in person or via authorized representative, registered post, or courier, but must reach before the deadline. Late bids will be rejected. The bid submission deadline is 17th November 2026 at 01:30 PM, with bid opening at 02:00 PM the same day. Eligibility criteria include meeting the qualification and evaluation requirements specified in the bid solicitation documents. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per KPPRA rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security CDR is from a scheduled bank and excludes microfinance or other financial institutions to avoid disqualification.
