Bidders must physically inspect the material at DHQ Hospital, Dadu before participating. The highest valid and responsive bidder will be awarded the lot subject to terms and approval. The auction is strictly on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis without warranty or guarantee. The successful bidder is responsible for dismantling, loading, transportation, and removal of material at their own risk and cost after obtaining proper clearance. Earnest money/security must be deposited as per EPADS auction documents. All applicable taxes, duties, levies, and incidental expenses are borne by the successful bidder.
