AUCTION: Scrap Decanting Plant and Associated Scrap at Gujrat Decanting Plant

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is conducting a public auction for condemned, unserviceable, and dismantled scrap items located at the Gujrat Decanting Plant. This auction provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire scrap material on an as-is, where-is basis. The auction will be held at the Gujrat Decanting Plant on 8 October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Items being auctioned: - Scrap Decanting Plant (Decanting) - Associated Scrap (Condemned / Unserviceable / Dismantled items) Reserve Price: 4,500,000 PKR All items are offered strictly on an as-is, where-is basis. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the scrap material prior to the auction date to assess its condition. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 5 percent of the bid amount as Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of SNGPL. The remaining amount must be paid as per the terms outlined in the auction notice. Interested parties must submit their bids/offers in person at the auction venue on the specified date and time. The auction committee will evaluate all bids, and the highest acceptable offer above the reserve price will be considered for award. All applicable taxes and duties will be borne by the successful bidder. Transportation and removal of the auctioned scrap from the site will be the responsibility of the winning bidder, who must complete the process within the stipulated timeframe. For bidders, it is advisable to arrive early on the auction day to complete registration and carefully review the auction terms and conditions. Bringing a valid CDR and ensuring all documentation is in order will help streamline the participation process.
