Items being auctioned: - Residency (Double Story House) at House No. 194, Street # 12, Jinnahabad, Abbottabad Interested parties can inspect the property till Friday, October 16, 2026, between 11:00 am to 3:00 pm by coordinating with the focal person for inspection, Dr. Faisal Rehman, In-charge Administration, CUI-Abbottabad Campus. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 portal on or before Monday, October 19, 2026, 11:00 am and will be opened online the same day at 11:30 am. Manual bids are not accepted. Registered bidders can find detailed terms, conditions, and specifications on EPADS v2.0 at https://pa.epads.gov.pk. Notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) and other relevant regulations are available on the EPADS portal. New bidders may register themselves on https://pa.epads.gov.pk.
