AUCTION: Disposal of Public Assets by Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd

Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids through e-Bids on EPADS v2.0 for disposal of public assets in the form of land leasing medium term commercial lease rights. The auction covers multiple plots across Lahore, Multan, Quetta, and Sukkur divisions with a mix of commercial, shopping plaza, market, corporate offices, IT parks, hotels, hospitals/healthcare, 3-S dealerships, retail outlets, and food outlets. Items being auctioned: - Rajbhah Road Faisalabad Plot A2 (21,752 Sft) - Gujranwala Plot C-1 (44,919 Sft) - Khanewal Station Road 2A (21,840 Sft) - Bhakkar Station Yard Plot A&B (28,740 Sft) - DG Khan Plot-B (7,326 Sft) - Quetta Plot A & B near Passport Office (25,529 Sft) - Quetta Plot A & B near Reservation Office (18,485 Sft) - Ghintee Phatak behind Railway Guest House at Larkana (19,602 Sft) - Pano Aqil station yard Plot-A (16,250 Sft) - Pano Aqil station yard Plot-B (16,250 Sft) The lease period is 21 years, extendable for another 21 years, with an annual rent increase of 8% compound. Mobilization period is 24 months from the date of possession. Building construction must comply with local construction bye-laws. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 16-11-2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid security fees ranging from PKR 0.2 million to 0.8 million depending on the plot. Technical bid opening will be on 16-11-2026 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office. Pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 03-11-2026 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office or via Zoom. Eligibility requires registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and active taxpayer status. Manual bids are not accepted.
