AUCTION: Disposal of Temporary Staging Steel Items Stocked at NHA Camp Rakhi Gajj Dera Ghazi Khan

The National Highway Authority (NHA) Punjab-South Region invites sealed bids for the disposal/auction of temporary staging steel items currently stocked at the NHA Camp located at Rakhi Gajj, KM-147 +00 (N-70), Dera Ghazi Khan. The location is described as 'Dera Ghazi Khan - As is Where is Basis'. Items being auctioned: - Temporary Staging Steel Items stocked at NHA Camp Rakhi Gajj KM-147 +00 (N-70) Interested parties may inspect the items on any working day up to November 04, 2026. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, priced bid form, and other relevant information will be available for free download from October 19, 2026, onwards on the official NHA website. Alternatively, bidders can purchase bidding documents from the office of the Deputy Director (Admin) NHA Punjab-South Regional Complex, Nag Shah Chowk Multan, by submitting an application along with a non-refundable CDR/PO amounting to Rs. 1,000 in favor of the General Manager (Punjab-South) NHA Retention Money Account on or before November 04, 2026 during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted to the specified address on or before November 05, 2026 at 1130 hours. The bids will be opened the same day at 1200 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The NHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rule No. 33(1). Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission.
