AUCTION: Eucalyptus Trees at Punjab Small Industries Estate Road, Khushab

Punjab Small Industries Development Board is conducting an open auction for the sale of eucalyptus trees located at the Small Industries Estate Road, Khushab, District Khushab. The auction will be held at the estate premises, and interested parties are invited to participate as per the details provided in the notice. Items being auctioned: - 245 eucalyptus trees - 79 eucalyptus poles The auction will take place on 4 November 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Small Industries Estate, Khushab. All interested buyers must be present at the specified time and location to participate. The trees and poles are available for inspection prior to the auction, and the successful bidder will be required to comply with all terms and conditions set by the board. Participants must bring their original CNIC and submit earnest money as specified by the auction committee. The highest bid will be accepted, subject to approval by the competent authority. Payment terms, removal of trees, and other obligations will be explained at the time of auction. The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. For eligibility, bidders should ensure they have no outstanding dues with the board and must not be blacklisted.
